        Single-Family Homes over 1,700 sq. ft., $300/month

        No hidden fees or surprises with flat monthly pricing. Consumables for quarterly / annual care visits are billed separately at cost. Service incudes:

        • Full Home Management: (bill pay, repair coordination, HOA liaison, and more)
        • Quarterly Care Visit: AC filter, washing machine filter, dishwasher filter, water softener salt (if applicable), garbage disposal cleaning
        • Annual Care Visit: Reverse osmosis filters, smoke detector batteries, refrigerator filter
