Desert Dimensions Properties is launching its new agent mentoring program, beginning February 1, 2015. The three-phase program assists and trains those agents who have recently earned their Real Estate license in the state of Arizona.
Often times there is a trial-by-fire transition period for most Realtors, with little support or guidance from peers or mentors on how to build the foundation for a successful business. Read below to learn more about what’s included.
Phase I: initial three months
+ greatly reduced monthly dues to lighten the financial burden of starting out
+ weekly training with Broker/Owner Joseph Maggiore, including modules on contract writing, negotiation, digital and traditional marketing, database building and more (you learned it in class, now learn real world application!)
Phase II: up to 10 months
+ split increase to agent
+ Joe works closely with Phase II agents to complete their first 10 closed transactions
+ additional training on follow-up with previous customers and prospects, leads development, advanced negotiation tactics, and getting the deal done
Phase III: month 11 and beyond
+ agents who successfully complete their first 11 months with Desert Dimensions will be invited to stay on with their choice of agent dues plan
+ Phase III agents will be enrolled in a 4 week social media bootcamp, facilitated by social media firm red balloon, as the guest of Desert Dimensions Properties ($499 value)
+ agents will continue to receive support and continuing education opportunities
